how PDI started through to today
Eleven years ago Amanda Fyfe and Richard Stokes identified that the supply of training manuals and training services was being met by ‘printers’ and ad hoc suppliers, who viewed this work as a jobbing service. They knew that the companies that required printed training manuals as part of their training solution, were giving great service to their customers and that they deserved great service from their suppliers. Enter PDI.
PDI has been built completely on the ethos that amazing customer service is a right and adds nothing to the price. Additionally, we enjoy great relationships with our customers and set out to be open and fun to work with. We firmly believe that good business can still be enjoyable business and that being friendly and efficient can go hand in hand.
Today PDI is providing a full logistics solution, printed training materials, elearning, new media and fulfillment with an excellent web ordering solution to some of the largest technology firms and some of the smallest niche trainers. Much of the work we do today is on a global basis working through our network of international partners, and meeting the original goal of providing a service of excellence and extremely high quality.
