After the printing and fulfilment of training manuals and courseware kits is completed they are dispatched from our premises in the UK Thames Valley to global locations. We work with the most respected delivery organisations and through communication with our customers, work to select the most economical shipping service possible within the timeframes required. Most deliveries are managed on a just-in-time basis to arrive for the start of the training class.

As part of the service PDI will provide all customs documentation required to ship training materials and also provides a tracking service where we monitor all deliveries to point of delivery. This facility is also available for customers ordering on-line where the tracking information is available on your specific web ordering pages 24/7 for your reference.

PDI manages the relationship with the courier companies, saving your time, by researching the best method of dispatch, and by proactively chasing PODs (proof of deliveries) etc, if required. Our dispatch team has an excellent knowledge, through experience and utilising resources provided by our shipping partners, of the best services to use depending on the region being shipped to.
