We know that the procurement of branded training materials can be a lengthy process. In order to save our customers the time obtaining prices, worrying about the quality and efficiency of a supplier and will they deliver on time, PDI provides a procurement management service for any items that cannot be produced on site.

As we are immersed in the training industry we are aware of the trends in the industry and can assist organisations with information about what accessories are current. Additionally, as we work with our suppliers on a daily basis, and we can draw on these resources and are able to purchase extremely competitively due to our volume business, this can help to save our customers considerable amounts of money.

PDI specialises in project management services and will manage the procurement process. The service includes the sourcing of suitable items, managing the artwork process for own branding of items, the ordering, purchasing and the stock management.

All items taken into stock become managed inventory. We base reorder levels on discussions with our customers on historical requirements, and additionally build our own models based on data such as sales forecasts and manufacturing times.

Any items taken into stock which have been procured by our customers are managed in the same way.
