CD & DVD Replication is the retail grade production process for making 500+ CD or DVD copies from your master.
From your master, we will create a glass master & metal stamper which will then be used to manufacture the discs from the raw polycarbonate materials. CD & DVD replication is the most reliable disc copying method and will always result in 100% playability as well as exact copying precision.

Our replication facility can produce projects ranging from 500 to 1,000,000 units per day, including full colour printing on to the face of the disc. CD & DVD replication includes either screen printing or litho printing. Screen printing is ideal for designs with bold block colours or logos whilst litho printing is best for photo images or
complex full colour designs with colour gradients.
