Branded merchandise is very price sensitive to volume. So, it is natural to purchase in bulk for all upcoming events. The issue then, is where to store them and how to ensure that they are shipped in timely fashion to the right place. Often multiple items need to be boxed together.

Call it marketing fulfilment or simply pick and pack – we have a warehouse in Basingstoke where we can store, pick and pack and make up kits. 20 years of working with carriers like DPD and DHL, including international shipping, has given us a unique insight into how to move promotional merchandise, particularly to events and exhibitions. And its not just the outward journey, we can handle returns as well. If the situation requires it, we can organise dedicated vans to go direct to event locations. We will sort out the international shipments, commodity codes, Commercial Invoices and Airway Bills etc.

We have on-line systems which can smooth the ordering process, and stock management systems so that we know everything is. The systems can also include re-order levels so that we can warn you when you are running low, automatically if required.

Fast response means we can be shipping from stock within 48 hours – but we like to work with you and your marketing plans, so that we know what events are happening and can help keep you on track with sourcing and shipments.

Its not just promotional giveaways either. We store roller banners, backdrops, flags, lanyards and posters to name but few of the varied items. On site, as well as a team that can put together kits, we have our own digital printing facility. This means we can add that last minute datasheet, flier or personalised card to your order.
