Embroidered Panels
Decoration does not have to be at the front of the cap - embroider to any panel including the peak and the back
Choose a 5 or 6 panel cap to suit the decoration

Full Colour Decoration
Printed before assembly - so you can have 100% image coverage. Why not make one panel 100% and contrast with solid colour to the other panel(s)
Cap ventilation eyelets can be a contrasting colour or the same as the cap colour.

Peak Branding
As well as the panels of the cap - you can customise the piping on the peak to create a really effective bespoke feel to the cap
The peak itself can also be printed or embroidered. Stitching in contrasting colours works well.

You do not need to stop with just branding the outside. Create a truly unique product by branding the inside as well.
Once you have started customising the outside, branding the inside will not add nearly as much to the cost as you would think.
